Refund policy

The short version

A proposal that does not meet the requirements you set is replaced free and does not count against your package. If we cannot deliver the proposals your package provides, we refund the ones we missed automatically.

Per-proposal pricing

Every package has a stated per-proposal price. A refund is that price multiplied by the number not delivered.

• Basic — Rs 2,900 / $39 for 8 proposals (1 per week over 8 weeks), at Rs 363 / $4.88 per proposal.
• Standard — Rs 5,900 / $89 for 16 proposals (2 per week over 8 weeks), at Rs 369 / $5.56 per proposal.
• Priority — Rs 9,900 / $149 for 24 proposals (2 per week over 12 weeks), at Rs 413 / $6.21 per proposal.

So if you bought Standard and we delivered eleven of sixteen, we refund five × Rs 369, without you asking.

Before your package starts

If you cancel before your first proposal is sent, you get a full refund with no questions.

If we cannot serve your requirements

If too few verified profiles meet your requirements, we tell you the number before you pay. If you have already paid and the number falls below what your package needs, we refund the difference automatically rather than sending you proposals that do not fit.

What is not refundable

• Proposals already delivered that met the requirements you set. Not liking someone is not a delivery failure.
• Accounts closed for forwarding a proposal, harassment or misrepresenting your details.

How to claim

You do not need to. Shortfalls are detected automatically and refunded to the account you paid from. If you want to ask about one, send your ticket number to the assistant.
