What we provide

We provide a partner introduction and profile curation service. We are not a marriage broker, we do not arrange marriages, and we make no representation about the outcome of any introduction.

What a delivered proposal means

A proposal is a document about one person that meets every hard limit you confirmed in writing, concerning someone who has completed video verification and has expressly agreed to be introduced to you. Everything in these terms — your package, your guarantee and any refund — is measured against that definition and against the confirmed list of hard limits.

Delivery guarantee and refunds

Each order states a per-proposal price. If we deliver fewer proposals than your package provides within your package term, we refund that price for each one missed, automatically, without you having to ask.

We do not guarantee a marriage, an engagement, or that any introduction will lead anywhere. Any service claiming otherwise is misleading you.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have fourteen days to cancel a distance contract. At checkout you may ask us to begin immediately; if you do, you acknowledge that you lose that right once the service has been fully performed. If you cancel before we begin, you receive a full refund.

Confidentiality of proposals

Every proposal is provided to you alone and carries a mark identifying you. You must not screenshot, forward, publish or share a proposal or any photograph in it with anyone outside your immediate family who is involved in the decision. Breaching this ends your account with no refund, and you indemnify us against claims arising from it.

No immigration purpose

You warrant that you are not seeking an introduction for the purpose of obtaining an immigration benefit for yourself or anyone else. We do not give immigration or legal advice of any kind and nothing we say may be relied on as such.

Conduct

Harassment, abuse, pressure, dishonesty about your circumstances, or any demand for dowry or payment between families ends your account immediately. We act on the first report we receive, not the second.

Our discretion

We may decline any brief, end any introduction, or refund and close any account at our discretion, including where we believe someone is misrepresenting themselves or a corridor cannot be served properly.
