How we protect you

The privacy is the product.

Every other matrimonial service asks you to accept some public exposure in exchange for reach. We built the opposite, and the fee is what pays for it.

There is no directory

We did not build a search page and we are not going to. There are no members to browse, no featured profiles, and no profile pages for Google to index. When we say nothing is public, we mean there is no public place for it to be.

Every dossier is watermarked

Each one carries a mark identifying who received it — visibly, and again invisibly. If a dossier is ever screenshotted into a group, we can tell you exactly who sent it. We tell every client this up front, which is the point: it stops the forward before it happens.

Photographs are never sent as files

A photo sent in WhatsApp lands in the recipient's gallery and backs up to their cloud within minutes. We send a private link instead — it expires after seven days, and it is watermarked to the person who opened it.

Contact details are never automatic

No phone number, address, surname or workplace appears in a dossier. Introductions go through us until both families have agreed to speak directly. That is the whole point of a desk.

Your data lives in the EU

Profiles and photographs are stored in Frankfurt, encrypted at field level, not on any laptop. Our team in Lahore works through a restricted connection with no ability to download. This is the standard EU and UK data protection law expects, and we hold ourselves to it for everyone, not only European clients.

Leaving is one message

Ask us to remove you and we delete your profile, your photographs and your record from our matching index within thirty days — not hide it, delete it. You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold.

What we will not do

  • We will not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or any third party for their own purposes.
  • We will not publish your photograph, name or story in our marketing, even anonymously, without asking you specifically each time.
  • We will not put you in a dossier without your agreement to that particular introduction.
  • We will not invent profiles, reviews or statistics to look busier than we are.

The formal version, with our legal basis for holding each type of information, is in the privacy policy.
